What/How we see...

Why did I not think of this sooner?
Yes, today auburn hair, and tomorrow blond...? The only advantage to wigs, or as I like to call it, my "puppy dog." I really would like a dog, but I would like one that does not poop!
Our Magnolia tree or as I like to call it, "our Zachary tree" because it blooms when our grandson celebrates his birthday, which is this coming Monday, April 14.
Zachary, the blond one on the left side (#2), with his hands and hair ready for the oncoming valley ball!

PJMs
Peach blossoms and bees
The shadow is not a resting humming bird.
Humming bird.
Recipe=1 cup sugar, 2 cups water.
Things we have on Craigs List because they no longer work
for us...or Peter's dad (the walker).
It's what you call "Spring Cleaning."
For those of you who didn't get enough of the tractor photos (:
Have a wonderful day, no matter how you travel.

At the Plowing Match

I could have sent you a number of lovely spring photos, but today it's all about the plowing match that took place
 Saturday, April 5, 2014,
at the corner of Chilliwack Central and Annis Rd. on a rather wet day where the clouds hung low, pressed against the mountains, and you better have come with your galoschen on, and taken photos from your car as I did.
It was the 92nd annual Chilliwack Plowing Match.
But where is the driver?
A tool box is ready in case something goes wrong...
Looks like he is ready to go...
and...
so are these draft horses brought in by farmers.
Five legged "old timers" reminiscing about how they did it in the good old days.
Beautiful horses...
...enjoyed also by the young.

Wishing you a wonderful week,
Hilda

PS. Round #6 -- last round.
Thu. 10, Fri. 11 and next week Thu. 17.
